I love how easy, simple and tasty this microwave macaroni & cheese comes out. One
of the best microwave pasta recipes in my book. This makes for an easy lunch or dinner
for those hectic nights. A great microwave meal for the kids when they want something
quick.

Place the macaroni, milk, salt and freshly cracked pepper in a mug and microwave
it for 4 minutes on high, mixing well with fork every 1 minute.

Add in grated mozzarella cheese and mix all together until combined.

Place the mug back in the microwave and cook for 1 minute on high.

Combine the bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the mac and cheese.
Let it cook for 1 minute on high.
